help Mods and options menu not appearing on the Skyrim Main Menu

I havent played skyrim for quite a while and when i came back the mod and options menus werent on the main menu anymore. last time i played nothing changed and nothing was the matter, but now, the menus are gone. I can send any relevant info you need because i am completely stumped since im not well versed with modding.
