Previous version of LSLIB for BG3 broke Vortex

Hello, 

When I changed from the new LSLIB for BG3 to the old one, Vortex crashed. I followed the steps indicated in the forum thread here: 

 but they didn't help. Now Vortex seems stuck in a continual loading loop, doing nothing but showing an hourglass. Now I can't get off the BG3 it is stuck on to play other games. I have tried a fresh install, but I believe Vortex has files in some directory that differs from the norm so I can't erase any previous settings so That I can try a truly "clean" install. At this point, I just want BG3 completely off my Vortex so I can play other games. Thanks in advance for any help!
