2004 Batmobile V.2

Hey, i dont know how to use blender but i would like if someone could make this batmobile playable as a mod. These are the best reference photos i could find online without taking clips from the show. It was debuted in season 3 against gearhead for reference, it could be called the EXP Batmobile, 2004 Batmobile, or The Matsudaverse Batmobile mod. If need be i can support with funds if need be but this is serious inquiries only please
