no crafting and in one area the vault 13 area there is crashing that does not allow you to complete that area its part of the main story and a quest line so you are not able to continue with the game this crash i was able to exit the game with a control alt delete and get it back to windows with out turning the compute off and on

 

recommendations

 

fix vault 13 area and buy the game

i have looked for any solution to the problem in this game and found none but i am thinking about how to fix this game i will invent a solution

 

i think it is a program code error there is a two set pre programmed codes one is the deathclaws need to be killed by frank horrigan and his team the other is the end game where it says there was a deathclaw genocide

when the pc player character goes to save the deathclaws that causes the program codes to conflict resulting in a crash

the solution is not to save the deathclaws no program conflict no crash

i did this and was able to go in and out of vault 13 and even complete this main quest and continue with the main quest
