Conductors of Magic Mutation (Mod Request)

When using your signs with this mutation equipped, the toxicity effect on Geralt's face dissappears, similar to how it can also happen when hit while quen is active. Is there a mod out there or some other method that fixes this? If not, then could someone with the knowledge be so kind and create a mod which fixes this issue? It would be greatly appreciated since i have never heard anyone talk about this issue before and it is real thorn in the side while playing.

Have you seen this mod? Toxicity Decotion Critical Fix and Faces Screen Skull On Threshold at The Witcher 3 Nexus. Among other things, it does fix the issue when you're being hit with Quen active, I have no idea if it works in the situation you're describing though.
