Skyrim Special Edition - new land with houses and things at today century

Yes, there are mods for this game, with modern guns, but they work, only with a spell help, a thing i don't understand why happens. i am going to play Skyrim after many years, and only i remember is the prologue and a modern gun mod i use then. There are so many and many and many real good Quest and new land mods for Skyrim, but i want to see something about this century. Today stuff. Maybe just for decoration reasons. That's all.
