FSTH000
In I’ve Seen that Face Before, you take on the identity of Aurore or Aymeric Cassel (who are two quite different personalities) depending on whether you play Vincent or Valerie. Currently the only way to play the other twin is to replay a game with a character of the opposite gender. But in the lore of the game a person using the behavioral imprint can very well play the role of a person of the opposite sex, Alex does it when Valerie takes the role of Aurore. And gameplay-wise, it would be interesting for the player to slip for a few minutes into the shoes of a character of the opposite gender to the one he is used to playing as V, in addition to experimenting with the possible dialogue options of the other twin once facing Hansen. At the technical implementation level, the choice would be made when putting on the outfit, it would be necessary to either add the second outfit next to the first and the choice would be made according to the outfit taken (by preventing taking the second outfit once the choice is made), or by replacing the wardrobe with a closed locker by putting a dialogue choice "Action" (Take Aurore/Aymeric role), which would put the corresponding outfit on V. For the background operation, let's suppose that I play Vincent: if I choose Aymeric, the game continues normally, and if I choose Aurore, the mod then makes the game "believe" that we are playing Valerie, so that we can play Firestarter as Aurore. For the dialogue adjustments, none of Reed's or Alex's dialogue during the entire game where V is disguised is explicitly "gendered", so nothing needs to be changed on that side, except that Reed calls V "Aurore/Aymeric" at one point, so you'll have to make sure that the game still believes that you're playing "the other" V at that moment. However, the dialogue adaptation will be slightly more complex during the face-to-face between V and So-Mi on the neural matrix: to take my example, Vincent will have to speak with Aurore's voice under her disguise, and with his Vincent voice via the Relic, you'll have to untangle all that (maybe create two new voiceline chains corresponding to Vincent/Aurore and Valerie/Aymeric. My knowledge of creating mods on Cyberpunk is limited for the moment to the translations of other mods, I have no idea how to create this in a functional and stable way, hence my approximations on the technical functioning behind the scenes of the thing and my choice to post the idea here, I am sure that someone here will realize this interesting idea better than I could do, in case I do not succeed.
