Helldivers 2 Voice Mod stuck to the game and cannot be removed/found

Installed hd2 through steam, Running Vortex 1.11.7(the one I believe i used to install the mod), installed the HELLMARINE mod, the Warhammer 40k Spacemarine VO(The problem child) and later installed a mod that made the senator be looooooooooong.

So far I have: disabled the VO mod from vortex manager, disabled all mods for hd2 on vortex, deleted all the mods using vortex, and removed the game from vortex all together. I have also looked through the game files themselves, both the document files and the windows x86 where they supposedly are(according to the mod manager). Also just verified files on steam, says all of them are fine.

Anyone happen to have any advice on removing the mod?

I recommend deleting these files from your HD2 data folder:

Then "Verify integrity of game files"
