someone make a mod to remove sams audio files?

i got that misophonia, and his annoying solid snake wanna be, throat cancer, 5000 packs a day grunts and groans get so irritating i play the game muted. his shouts n stuff like "hey" and all that are fine but the grunts are so annoying.

IDK how hard that would be but you dont gotta like remove every bit of audio he has, just those damn grunts during gameplay, like when you are equiping stuff and he just does that GGKKHHK noise like he just smoked a thousand cigs in one sitting
