Need help with companions bugging out

all my companions dissapear after being summoned only if they are followers, so there are being sent to a specific location and set to wait there, if i find them i can enter dialouge but the bottom option with always be "follow" 

piper and cait wont speak or move their lips, the dialouge still move along without them speaking, 

but all my followers are locked in place using AFT

i did some research and ending up finding the AI package pipers under with states "follower companions vertibird snapinto package"

im assuming that a mod is fing everything up and forcing my followers to act like they are in a vertibird since i did also notice when i rode to the prydwen all my followers where in the one seat overlapping eachother, i dont know what mod has them do that might be AFT.
