[Mod Request] Elden Ring - Whetblade for Scarlet Rot, Sleep and Deathblight Standalone

Id like to request a Standalone Mod that simply adds a Whetblade for the missing Status effects that do not have a Whetblade and unlock what Weapons can have what Affinities applied to them so all Affinities can be applied to all Weapons.

I know that Elden Ring Reforged has this, i want this to be standalone to be usable with different other mods without having to install a Complete Overhaul.
