Neuffexx Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 An idea I recently had was, for people who are playing local co-op but dont want split screen (due to wanting a larger view or anything else), but do have two monitors, rendering the second players screen into an entirely new window. So rather than splitting the view, you'd have a new window be created. Would that even be possible? That would potentially make more than 2-player local co-op more feasible rathar than divind a screen into 4, even if its just two windows split amongst 4 players.
schnoerpl Posted March 9 Posted March 9 You can launch two instances of the game and play in local multiplayer (if your system can handle it)

The approach I propose is in the same instance, second camera rendered to a different window, by simply adding an extra player controller to the game that controls second character / party npc. And if possible saving it as a seperate character as well, like in local co-op. But thanks for the suggestion.
