Skyrim SE/AE not showing on Managed or Unmanaged Games

I just downloaded Vortex, and Skyrim is not showing up on either my Managed or Unmanaged games. When I browse the available extensions, it is not available there either. Vortex is acting as if it does not support Skyrim at all, but I know that is obviously not the case.

 

Is there a way to manually direct Vortex to my Skyrim directory to start managing it? I have not found any solution so far.

How many games does it list?  If it's just 81 then you might be having trouble connecting to GitHub.

Otherwise, go in the extensions tab, click the "show hidden" button and check to see if any extensions are showing errors.

Go to Extensions, hit "Show Bundled" on the toolbar and search for Skyrim. 

It's quite possible it was disabled due to a fault in your setup (usually the C++ Redistributables being broken).
