2 or 3 Freeside Locals NPC's added to Ritas Cafe Freeside mod

The Ritas Cafe Freeside mod is decent but empty. Only a single woman inside the building that won't sell you anything.

Maybe someone could add some NPC's inside sitting in the chairs eating and drinking ? Or perhaps allow her to sell the player drinks ?
