Adding generic NPC vendor voice lines for Roger's Repair and Pawn

A decent little building mod added to Freeside, the vendor inside has only 3 dialogue options to pick from. To ask him to repair something, to ask what he's selling and to say goodbye. The NPC only has a voice line for when you say goodbye and want to stop talking to him.

So would anyone wanna give him so basic generic voice lines like "take a look" "Let me see what I can do" or whatever for when you pick the other two options ?
