Female character breasts poke out of back when crouching.

As you can see from this picture: https://imgur.com/gallery/very-strange-AakQuuj. 
The back of my character looks very strange, that is because whenever I crouch her breasts poke out of her back. Same happened with a Nord character as well. (The butt area is also kind of like that, it is visible on the screenshot)
And I have no idea how to fix it.

I've tried a few times to build different bodies in Bodyslide as well as batch build, but nothing works.
