stardew valley mod Stardew Valley Stayu/Starmie pokemon trinket request.

Hi guysss, I am obsessed with Staryu and Starmie pokemon since I was a kid. Id looooove to see it in Stardew valley as an active follower or a trinket replacement. I have tried to learn how to mod but all tutorials I read are black magic to me. My brain does not register how to get around to make that idea happen, as I dont have any modding experience. Id love to see Staryu and/or Starmie Pokemon in Stardew and maybe using rapid spin move or water gun as a projectile. Maybe as the quiver trinket replacement? 

I wonder if anyone is able to make that happen or help me learn how to make that mod with ZERO modding experience ughh
