[Mod Request] multi-subclass in a single class

Hello. firstly yes I know that there is a mod called Plus Subclasses - dual subclass.

I'm aware of it's existence however the mod hasn't been updated in a year.

So I'd like to request either someone else take it upon themselves to update this mod to make it work again with the latest patch. OR make a new mod that does the same thing.

Or at the last can you tell me if there is another mod in existence that does this exact same thing? I'm really curious because I have searched quite a lot already but haven't found anything myself. 

 

I would update the mod myself If I knew HOW to do that at least for personal uses. However I have no clue how to even go about doing such a thing.
