make traders always available regardless of reputation (red icons)

it may be a bug, but some how i got on stc malachite's bad side and i cant use their main trader, but i can use everybody else there for increased cost which is why i think its a bug.  if a work around could be done easily like making them available regardless or moving their inventory to the bar keep perhaps that'd be awesome. not very familiar with modding so I've no idea how easy or difficult it may be.
