In the game there's a achievment called "Bingo" where you have to get all of the debuff effects like hunger,radiation,bleeding,psy effect,drunk and sleep. And the sleep is the problem. Skif never gets tired and wants to sleep. There's a certain scripts in quests like Arena where you will get sleepy because you need to wait the next fight. But in other situations Skif doesn't care about sleep. So we need a mod to fix this problem gentlemens
