XBOX SERIES X [Mod Request] Va'ruun Anti-Material Heavy Particle Sniper Rifle

This would utilize the Va'ruun Penumbra (Console ID #000100EF65) but would create a brand-new weapon from it while still keeping the original weapon intact.  It would also be an Assault Rifle and can also be converted to a Sniper Rifle with the barrel length The same as The Hard Target, almost something similar like the LUMI RIFLE AND VIGVAM33's Original Factor and Aquila mods for Fallout 4. 

But here's the Twist, the weapon would act like the Q-35 Matter Modulator and the (FICTIONAL ALTERNATE REALITY Winchester Arms from Fallout Lore) Plasma Rifle/Plasma Caster favored by The Enclave in Fallout. Which would kind of make sense as the Starborn are derived from the Va'ruun and their love of Plasms and Particle weapons and favor them over other weapons. The weapon would also have a custom-made long-range rifle scope that can zoom in and out and would look something like the Equinox and Starlash scope but something more like the Hard Target Long Range Scope.
