I notice you are running Wet and Cold.  I don't know if its issues have been fixed in recent updates, but I abandoned it year ago due to persistent random crashes.  That and Chesko's lantern mod were responsible for 99% of my Skyrim build instability... both on LE AND on SSE.

Not trying to demean the hard work of those two modders, but it was just something about how these mods implemented their features.  There are other more lightweight mods that do everything that these two mods do.  I have breath fog, wearable lights, wetness shaders, etc. in my 4000+ mod game as we speak.  And it's been very stable with one playthrough going back a couple years now.

If that's your issue - persistent random crashes - it could be related to Wet and Cold.  Another major cause of persistent crashes is rain splash mods, certain ones will cause a crash if the splash hits a dragon mound.

Since we don't know exactly what your issue is, we can't really help much.

For Wet and Cold, dismiss followers, find an interior where there aren't a lot of actors, disable whatever you can in the MCM, take off any wet and cold mod items, wait for 30 days, save your game.  Then you can TRY to disable the mod or swap in another plugin file that is named exactly the same as Wet and Cold's plugin, and same format. (lite, ESP, whatever).  This approach plugs the hole in your load order and can pre-empt certain issues.  Then test test test to see if your crashes went away.

But in my experience the two mods I mentioned destroy save files pretty thoroughly.

Remove SkyHUD.  Remove those other HUD mods too, especially TrueHUD.
Schlongs of Skyrim is outdated and causes many issues.
Reconfigure The New Gentleman so that it doesn't depend on Schlongs of Skyrim files (re-install TNG).
How the hell do you not have FNIS or Nemesis?!

When you have updated your game (without fresh install of all Mods) i have maybe some ideas.

The first thing you should do is to remove backport support because this is for earlier gameversions to run mods for the newer versions of Skyrim. It gives definitly problems if you try to translate mod calls to a earlier game version you not have.

After this it looks for me like you have problems inside the Dragonborn DLC and USSEP. Check if you have installed the latest USSEP.

If all of this is not helping you can go a little deeper with installing LOOT and SSEdit. Run Loot and search for failure messages (red marked). Most of the failures you see here you can fix with updating your mods to the newest version or clean mods with SSEdit autoclean (or deinstall in worst case).
