Small mod ideas requests

Hi guys.... I'm very green when it comes to Cyberpunk modding.. barely know my way around the tools... or tweking a script here and there

During gameplay, some small mod ideas hit me, and nothed them down.  I  haven't finsished the game yet.. but there again.. I've  never finsihed any of my favorites yet... Fallout series, Skyrim.. etc... even if I sunk hundreds and thoussands of hours modding them, tweaking them and restarting them for a new experience. All too familiar feelling for most of us.

So, my Cyberpunk mod ideas, that I'll update from time to time :


 

1 ) simple fade  to black and back at car spawn... maybe even a few minutes time advancement, to simulate time pass for car delivery... maybe even some random guy bringing the car and exiting it, leavin it to you.  Small ,random fees for "delivery".

2 ) first person camera moving/ linked to head node/ neck node... sitting still camera in st person not immersive. SImilar to the Skyrim mod, Immersive first person

3) tracking enemies should drain ram, a very small amount... a small drainfrom ram recovery speed a little, for each tracked target, additive

4) more of a bug.. or intended behaviour, dunno : player character shoudlnt  stand after melee attack if sneaking

5) grab higher ledges... its obvious from jumping that  character should be capable of reaching and climbinging like 50+ cm higher ledges

6) body / strength / tech points  based weapon  recoil.. the higher the skil, the lwer the recoil 

7) mod that tracks and remove dlc militech data terminals world markers after  they are interacted with / looted relic point. Worl map marker is useless afterward

8 ) Have Songbird animations replace character 3rd person anymation... or even the first person too. They look more ...ehmm.. feminine


I'll add more during my gameplay... some ideas may seem random, but there they are

Any modder that wanna take a shot at any of these ideas, I'd be thankful. 
Or even a basic guide how could I go about myself to do them. I'm not good at scripting though
