Modding a motorcycle game called Ride 4.

Hello, I am insterested in modding a motorcycle game called Ride 4, It's made in Unreal Engine by an Italian studio named Milestone. I am interested in adding more tracks and more bikes and maybe fix a couple of bugs and change the performance of each bikes, I know someone already changed the bike models and tracks to another game by Milestone called SBK 22. They used assets from other games by the same developer and just changed the ones the original game had, and I know cheaters can change the performance figures of bikes, ideally I would change them to make racing more even. Any ideas where I could start?
