Skyrim has started to crash

DbSkseFunctions.dll is crashing in all but the second log. Did the changes you made get reverted?

Here they are again:

• "If still getting CTDs while in combat, change the iMaxArrowsSavedPerReference to 0 in Data/SKSE/plugins/DbSkseFunctions.ini and it will revert to the 6.6 version of tracking ammo."

If the above did not work, maybe you will have to remove the mod.

The second log indicates script issues and I usually recommend disable DynDOLOD just in case.

Something I usually recommend people who crash as well is to expand their save file size. See this post for that:

Hi Hietanen, thank you so much for your reply! You are fantastic! I swear to you, after setting 'iMaxArrowsSavedPerReference' to 0, I didn't make any changes to the .ini. Now I look in there and it was back to 10. I didn't reinstall the mod to my knowledge either. No idea what happened. I'll test it now and let you know if it fixed the problem again. 

P.S. I only installed DynDOLOD via the "A Clear Map of Skyrim and Other Worlds" option. Not DynDOLOD itself. How and where can I disable DynDOLOD and would I still be able to use A Clear Map of Skyrim and Other Worlds?

P.S.S. I made the changes to the .toml some time ago. It actually made a difference.
