Persistent issue of Skyrim AE freezing before loading main menu (mod list contains NSFW mods)

Did a clean install of Skyrim AE the other day and deleted all my saves, following GamerPoets' Youtube guide (done this about 4-5 times now) to try and solve this issue that has been hounding me for the last week or so.

Unfortunately the issue persists and the game started freezing before the main menu again after modding a bit and starting a new save doing the classic Helgen start. The issue, frustratingly enough, doesn't begin until I turn my PC off and on again (Steam issue?). Skyrim will load just fine off and on after installing my mods until then.

Even after disabling all mods in MO2 and trying to launch the vanilla game through Steam, the issue still persisted until I did another clean install.

I use LOOT within MO2 to sort my load order and use FNIS within MO2 to load animations. I have Skyrim AE as well as MO2 and LOOT installed on my SSD, although I made sure MO2 and LOOT are located outside of the SteamLibrary folder. I launch the game using SKSE within MO2.

The "ECHOs vampire armors for UNP" hasn't been updated for Skyrim SE so maybe thats whats causing it, although comments on its Nexus page said it worked fine for SE and the mod was also installed for weeks before the now daily, freezing issue started happening.

The "Flower Girls SE" mod has "Amorous Adventures FG" and the "Female Cicero Patch" merged into it,. I wonder if Amorous Adventures in particular is conflicting with the Serana Dialogue Addon, although I do have the "SDA Patch Hub" with the necessary patch for Amorous Adventures.

I did notice the issue began around the time I installed "Trueblood Serana"(version B) together with the "Serana Dialogue Addon" + "SDA Patch Hub", so maybe "Trueblood Serana" is conflicting with "ECHOs vampire armors for UNP" or something.

Would really appreciate some assistance as I can't for the life of me seem to pinpoint what is causing these persistent freezes. I can only imagine it might be "Trueblood Serana" conflicting with ECHOs vampire armors for UNP or/and perhaps the "Serana Dialogue Addon conflicting with Amorous Adventures as mentioned. Also not sure if I should be merging Flower Girls optional content into the main FG module or renaming them separately.

Edit: I also noticed when I tried to install SKSE Engine fixes, after doing a new clean install, that the game crashes when I press "start" on my controller. Maybe its because I didn't have Microsoft Visual C++ installed properly (think I might have had the x84 version installed instead of x64, which I have now remedied by installing the x64 version. (I haven't installed the Achievement Enabler mod with it as I know SKSE Engine Fixes enables achievements). I did install the 2nd part of SKSE Engine Fixes manually as instructed.

Edit 2: Even after installing Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and doing a fresh install of SKSE Engine Fixes, my game still CTD's when I press start within a loaded game. I have the correct version of Address Library and also made sure I installed the correct version for Skyrim SE ver. 1.6.1170.0. My MO2 also warns me that my installed version "6.2.0" is older than what it claims is a newer version "6.1.1" despite me making sure I had installed the version "For Skyrim SE 1.6.1170+"

Think I figured out the issue. Pretty sure it was ECHOs vampire armors for UNP conflicting with Trueblood Serana. Did a clean install without the vampire armor mod and so far so good.
