Bannerlord Mod issues

Mod noob here.

 

I followed the Strat Gaming step by step guide to use the Realm of Thrones mod, download an install order all match up but the issue comes with the DDL/DLL? unblocking. I get a blue DOS screen that in the tutorial reads "no files currently locked" but when I do it I get "this script could not find the location of the game." and prompts me to go through all my files to find it, however clicking on the game file doesn't do anything. 

 

I have manually unlocked all the downloaded files, checked and unchecked the mods in the game menu, restarted my system and I cannot get the mod to run. The game just continues to cycle through one error message after another for all the mods.
