Missing fog/smoke textures

I played this afternoon and did not install any new mods. After I exited the game using the console command qqq and entered the game in the evening, this problem appeared.

I am not strong in SSEdit and use such mods as Embers HD, ELFX with patches. In the order of mod list, they are above everything else and in priority
