[Witcher 3] RT button in controller (hold for quick casting of signs) is not working

Hi everyone. Could anyone please help me on why the RT button is not working on my controller for Witcher 3 only. I decided to play Witcher again and reinstall it but this button is not working now

checked input.settings below. This button is working for other games. Please help meeeee. I'm stuck and I wanna play Witcher again. Thank you

Rename "Mods" into "~~Mods" to disable all mods. See if that fix the issue.

If it does, then it's one of the mod that prevent it. You should find it and write a bug report about it.

hi thank you for your inputs but it has the same issue after temporarily disabling the mods. I have set the controller configurator on Steam as well. any more ideas? I really need help. where can I ask this aside from here?
