Old market simulator mod idea

Hello, I've noticed it's very hard to obtain certain specific types of fish unless you spend hours upon hours fishing, not to mention the amount of normal fish gained in the process is annoying as well, and so I'd like to request if someone could make a mod where we could increase the % of catching the 'special' types of fish and a mod that adds fish and sugar to the order list, as selling sugar is also quite difficult if you want to farm other things too.
