Mod request for a fully functional Van Hellsing's crossbow for Skyrim SE latest 1.6.1170 plus please.

Hello People that know blender or other modeling tools way better then me. So I've been staring at this crossbow for a few months now and always say to myself (Man I wish I could make this and put it in the game........ but a-lass this is way over my level of blender. So if there's someone that's super good at a modeling software of there choice that could make this then I would please beg you to do so as I  mean well.........just look at the thing LOL it's perfect.

Not sure if anyone will make this but I will say thanks in advance anyway encase someone does. So thanks in advance.
