Mountain Texture Glitch SAE 1.6.1170

I am using an ENB and have mountain textures installed. Here is my modlist: https://pastebin.com/jKV5tC1n

Specific parts of mountains appear to have this weird fog texture that resembles the same color scheme as the sky; the mountains are pitch black at night, and more grayish during the day. So I'm guessing it may be a problem with the ENB or my load order. I am NOT using Majestic Mountains so that has nothing to do with it.

If you install/use More Informative Console ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19250 ), you can click on that feature while in the console and determine the last mod to affect/change it, and you can also get a list of textures that are used.  Pay special attention on how to use the kb to reveal/open all of those secondary notes in the boxes.
