Mod Idea: Mod to look over your shoulder behind you, while running.

I couldnt seem to find a mod that already does this. Is it possible for a mod to allow players to look behind us while running? With or without Enhanced movement or other sprint mods, wouldnt matter to me. I personally dont use the "lean" mechanic mods like those offer so the left and right shoulder peeks could just use the same key bindings as leaning mods would. 
Q to look over left shoulder and E for the right shoulder maybe as default, with of course the option to rebind it ourselves.
