Kaolru
Haven't used mods in years due to being without a gaming PC for a while, so I'm feeling pretty dumb here. I've been doing a lot of trial and error for days now, learning the mods, Vortex, and LOOT. That being said, I KNOW there are issues with my load order. Some mods and/or patches can't seem to be moved when I attempt it in LOOT via editing metadata. I'm not sure why this is. The first thing I noticed is that everything looks kinda hazy and washed out. It's like the DoF effect, except for everything. People in town seem to also have a weird almost fuzzy glow to them. Kinda like how people look in selfies that are way too filtered. Some kind of bloom feature maybe? No idea. Regardless, it keeps making me blink a lot because my brain thinks my contacts are blurry. lol Another issue I'm currently trying to work out is with some of the ground and crumbled wall textures. I have only noticed this in Whiterun so far, but I have only just started testing things out so I haven't gotten far. Outside of the city there's crumbled walls and such, and those textures are jittery/vibrating in a weird way. This also happens with various ground textures throughout Whiterun. I assume this has something to do with Skyrim 202x by Pfuscher. I am really liking that whole collection, but I seem to be having conflicts or my load order is jacked. I just can't find a lot of information on installation and load order for 202x, unfortunately, and there are a LOT of conflicts between it and ELFX. Guest deleted80903
Probably a parallax issue. I can't help you specifically because I don't know anything about the modpack you're using and I don't use ENBs. It's probably a settings compatibility issue between mods you have installed. Google and reddit the problem to find someone who fixed your specific issue and try what they did. I know there are parallax fixes on the Nexus.
