Refreshing ? 600 mods on external SSD

My computer memory got wiped (thank you win 11 update). I have this collection but Vortex doesn't recognize it on the external SSD. Is there anyway to restore these mods to working without having to delete them and start a new DL to my drive?  It's a long DL after all. Hope that's enough info for someone to resolve my problem cause I'm lost.

If you lost Windows you probably lost the info you need.

However, if you reinstall the Collection it should simply confirm that the downloads already exist and not re-download them.

Yes I tried that, but after a week of reloading and downloading other possible solutions I deleted everything and started with a different collection. Thanks for the help.
