StigmataSasha Posted December 28, 2024 Share Posted December 28, 2024 Anyone have an issue where mods do not work when loading save game on a new launch? For example, when attempting to trigger the flying mod or any mod that adds special powers and it does not work anymore. Or basically any mod that adds custom scripts etc (ex. Facelight). I can still use vanilla spells/powers fine. And another issue I come across is on load, my character's hair is black and they have vanilla face paint. It sort of fixes itself when I go back into ShowRaceMenu but the hair color does not. None of this is on any long playthrough, just fresh starts to test mods. I've used mods like save unbaker, clean save reloader, I've dabbled in the engine fixes to the recommended settings. This is the one issue I can never get fixed in all my modding experience. Otherwise they wouldn't work in the first place. I'm talking specifically about the scripts for the mods not working when loading a save game on a fresh launch of SKSE.
