What is an uncleanable unattached script ?

You really need to focus on another part of that message:

"IF YOU UNINSTALL IT".

You don't ever want to uninstall scripted mods from your game - EVER.

That right there discounts his entire warning - as it's a warning of what NOT TO DO.

-----

If you want to test a mod with an active save:

a)  Back up your current save file BEFORE saving anything played with that mod.

b)  Document along with that save why you made it.   A simple .TXT file explaining I added X mod is more than enough.

-----

TBH, I don't even do that.   Once I start a game that I've settled on mods I intend to use - I don't add any more.

I'll save mods for later use on a new play through - and test them before hand.

Added:   That mod does it's magic by editing an .HKX file (animation) which is commonly also edited by other mods (i.e. Tactical Reload)

Gunbehavior.HKX.

At the end of the day, you need to understand what you are using and why.

Two mods cannot both simultaneously edit the same file - one has to win.

Mods that depend on the other will crack - since what they depend on isn't there.

Added:  The only way that mod would corrupt your game is if you also used a mod that depended on those edits to the .HKX - otherwise it shouldn't be an issue.

Finally, to answer the question some scripts add events/variables that are stored in the save file.

There is such a thing as a Save File Cleaner - but lets be honest here, if you have to resort to that you have missed a serious learning curve to modding your game properly in the first place.
