does anyone knnow what mod i have that's making distant 2D traffic sprites disappear?

as a preface, it is NOT Hide Distant 2D Cars. I do not have that mod installed. but they just aren't there. I'm using the wabbajack version of Welcome To Night City, so i don't know if something in there could be doing i. also, I don't know if any vanilla settings could be causing their absence, but i have all the graphics settings on max (other than RT/PT) and i'm using DLSS on the performance setting. i do have other mods installed on top of the collection too, so i'm wondering if it could be either Realistic Traffic Density (which specifically modifies the 2D sprites by upscaling them) or Cyberpunk Ultra Plus, which affects LOD settings. if there's a way to export my entire mod list then i'll do that if someone tells me how.
