Vortex stuck on "Waiting to Install". Should I install manually?

I'm trying to install Skyrim SE's "Blood & Lust" Collection, and it keeps stalling at random. Right now, it's stuck at 90%, and hasn't tried installing anything for about 20 minutes.

Should I just speed up the process and manually install the rest, or could that mess everything up somehow?

I have been downloading this for a fair few hours, and I just want to get it done.

Vortex has been updated to the latest version, the mod collection says it was last updated two weeks ago, and Skyrim is up to date, has a fresh install, and has everything it needs

Try minimizing Vortex.  It often hangs on me during the install process for a few mods, and for some reason, minimizing and restoring frees it up, allowing it to progress.  I don't do collections, however.
