Troubles with Empire Builder BETA

Hi gentlemen. I tried Pocket Empire Builder mod, but is just for LE version (i have SE/AE). In comments, i read about a Empire Builder BETA for SE/AE version, that is in Steam Workshop. Good, i've subscribed, but it don't download (My launcher don't show the Data File Option (not gray unclickable, it just have'nt the option).
Then i tried to download from site WorkshopDownloader. It download a archive named: _empirebuilder_aio.ckm
And Vortex don't undestand it as a mod. Can't manually install it...  can anybody help-me with this?

(Obs.: Sorry for my poor english, i'm a brazilian boy fighting to understand all these things). 
(Obs.2: Is AE version from steam, bought original)
