Mysteriously some mods start to crash the game, please help to find out which one does it

Greetings. The day before yesterday my modded FO4 (latest next-gen version) worked fine. But yesterday it started to crash after 3-4 seconds of loading a savegame. Before this started to happen I did not update or alter any mods or preferences. With the help of Discord community I found out that some of my 96 mods causes this (after purging all the mods in Vortex the game loads). So is there any way to find out which mod became corrupted? I've installed Buffout 4 NG but it doesn't form any logs despite being loaded after the game start. Is there any crashlogger mod or app that can help with finding a corrupted mod? To be honest it's very boring to uninstall all of them and try to reinstall/reenable one by one and start the game.Maybe there's a time-saving solution that can find the exact mod that crashes the game?

I use latest game and Vortex version. Also I've checked that none of the mods or game files were altered/removed/quarantined by anti-virus.

Buffout creates a crash log in your My Games\Fallout4\F4SE folder. That might provide some information.
