[Railroader] Mod Request: Adding Baltimore and Ohio 0-6-6-0 "Old Maude"

Hey there. 

Title is pretty simple, a mod featuring the first large mallet locomotive to ever run in the US would be really awesome to see in the game. Also given it's wheel arrangement it might be able to play better within the game's mechanics. 

Applications would be pretty easy. Running to Robinson Coal Gap to drop off empty hoppers and to pick up loaded ones along with loaded ore hoppers from Alarka Junction yard. A helper on the Red Marble Grade perhaps, along with other jobs that need tractive effort but not at all speed dependent.
