Modding issue on Fallout 4

I have an issue regarding Fallout 4 mods. I transferred the game and all of its mods onto the new computer via an external SSD drive, and when I played Fallout 4, it worked fine with almost all mods here, too. But after I purged the mods on Vortex (which appears from the pop-up), every mod or plugin is not deployed or changed, with the saying "Failed to parse this plugin" and "Not deployed." Even though I still have all the mods, it won't let me deploy them. If I click on "Restore Save Game Plugins", it says that some plugins are missing and can't be enabled". Additionally, if I reenable the mod, it still shows the following: "Failed to parse this plugin" and "Not deployed."  Is there a way to restore all mods onto the current saved data? Or do I have to reinstall/re-enable all mods?  Please let me know.
