Binding of Isaac

I vought binding of isaac on gog and i want to add a helping mod for the items. But i cant manage the game because vortex can't find the folder, nor can it if i manually select it.
appreciate the help in advance.

So, the extension has the executable name specified as "isaac-ng.exe" for the Steam version. But the GOG version is "isaac-ng_rebirth.exe". The extension would need to be updated to support multiple executable names.

I would contact the extension author on the mod page to request an update. 

In the meantime, you can edit the index.js file to use the correct executable name for your version.
