entering the fort causes a timelapse

(I am Not english native speaker) I have got a problem, when i enter the fort my time starts going very quick and then i die (cuz of the hardcore needs). I tried using console command "set timescale to 30" (which is default), but it just doesnt work. And i also tried to fast travel back to other locations and i succeeded but the time kept going fast. Idk the solution and i have not found any posts about this on the internet.

And with this bug, i have another bug in Lucky 38. I have encountered a problem with the elevator, which wouldn't let me travel to the Penthouse/ Cocktail Bar. No matter which save i use, old or new, it does not work. I have installed TTW with a lot of mods, i tried to off almost all of them, not including necessary  like MCM, NVTF, MLF, kNVSE and other. It did not help. I have clear version of FNV and on that version everything works fine on my saves even if it does not have the content from mods. Tell me How to fix it please, do you have any ideas guys?
