Problem with Kvatch Rebuilt

In the Oblivion mod Kvatch Rebuilt: From the Shadows, I got to Molrivian's Cottage and killed three Shade brothers, but none of them held the note I'm supposed to read to advance the plot. The fourth one, who presumably has the note, ran off somewhere while we were all outside, and I've never been able to find him. The plot doesn't advance without the note; I found the Salt Marsh Cavern and went through it, and there's nothing there but a few rats.

Is there a console command that will advance the plot?
