Oblivion Hood and clothing texture/color replacements for non-armor usage and style

Hello Im new to the forums here. I dont usually use forums but after discovering that texture swapping items in the oblivion files isnt as easy as I was hoping for, I decided to come here to basically inquire/inspire someone to answer what should; in my opinion have been done a long time ago.

And that is to take the sack cloth clothing in oblivion and re-colorize it the same color as only the pants so it looks like an actual sack cloth (and to give it a hood with that very same texture) or to take those same cloths but renamed "tattered clothing" and re-colorize it to look like the tattered robes and hood of the same name (or to re-colorize the tattered robe and hood to the more greyish texture of the "original" sackcloth shirt.)

OR I just simply want to add to the game a "Sack Cloth Hood" which is the exact grey coloring of the shirt and the same kind of texture (So it looks like its attached to the shirt and is part of it)

And MAYBE as well... to alter the color of the Sack cloth Pants to a less green color and a more brownish (Like the rope's color that's on the shirt) color.

Ive spent hours comparing clothing and I found that for a rogue, pirate, spell-sword, adventurer.... just about any class could look like some kind of fits all upstart character of those natures with these simple clothing pieces and a hood (IF ONLY IT MATCHED JUST A BIT MORE!) Not to mention what is the point of having 3 of the same articles of clothing named different things with name associations to other clothing pieces like; ie tattered robe, hood, shirt, pants when they don't even match at all? I basically think "sack cloth" should look like a sack cloth (or greenish like the pants), or that "tattered cloth" should look blue-grey like the robe and hood (or just grey like the "sack cloth shirt".) and that the "shirt", "pants", "shoes" and theoretically made up "hood" items should also have a name associate with them and have their own theme here; offering that same rogue or adventurer like look but with 3 variant color schemes.

So yeah basically I'm just asking if anyone could do that or could teach me how to do that. That would be awesome. Thank you for reading! Please leave a message.

It would be really awesome to play a dedicated hardcore straight up classic feeling rpg experience with a character that looks the part with that cloths style that could suit the look of a rogue, mage, warrior or whatever.
