How to Manually add a Game?

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to mod Far Cry Primal in Vortex 1.13.5 but cannot find it when i search in games.  If the solution is to add the game manually, would you please give me instructions for this version of vortex. 

 

Searching for days has yielded no results, just solutions for previous versions.  As there's no more scan option I'm at a loss.  As there's mods I know it can be done so any assistance would be appreciated.

In order to manage mods for a game, a Vortex extension must be created. It is not possible to manually add a game without creating an extension. The extension informs Vortex how it should handle the game and install mods.
