I have no interest in buying Fallout 76 just for those assets. Also, in the New California expansion for Fallout: The Board Game, the green triangle on the Mentats pack is blue for Berry Mentats, purple for Grape Mentats, and orange for Orange Mentats; could those be included in the mod too? However someone could make the assets from scratch if they wanted. That being said there's already a mod or two here on the Nexus that makes all the chems look unique, but the colour of the Mentats most likely doesn't line up because the mod predates your reference.
