Rich Merchants for Switch?

Hi all. I'm new here. I've started down the rabbit hole of modding my switch just to be able to use mods on Skyrim. My first thought was to grab my gamesave from my switch and port that over to the PC version but I don't know if that's possible. I then stumbled onto this site and I got excited when I found mods for the Skyrim mods for the Switch. However, the main one that I want, I cannot find. "Rich Merchants". Is that really not available for the Switch? If not, is there a reason why?

And if it is possible to port a gamesave over to the Switch, I'd love to have some pointers.
